Walking into The Ruxton feels like stepping into a world of pure opulence. From the warm lighting to the tasteful décor, everything about the atmosphere left me in awe. I also appreciated the music selection, which was refreshingly diverse—and I loved the unexpected twist of hearing some Christian rap in the playlist. Our server, Jordyn, elevated the experience with excellent service and thoughtful recommendations. The Wagyu steak, paired with its rich sauce, was simply outstanding, and the Wagyu sliders did not disappoint either. One of the highlights was the salad, featuring bacon so flavorful it might be the best I’ve ever had. The lobster mac and cheese was solid—maybe not quite at the level of my grandmother’s Southern-style recipe, but still satisfying in its own right. Overall, everything—from the ambiance to the attentive service—made for a wonderful lunch date. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience with top-quality dishes and a welcoming vibe, The Ruxton should be at the top of your list.

Food was good. Atmosphere was great. I went in at 10 pm. I made sure to arrive early with it being my first time there so I could find parking ECT. Ironically I found parking in the same building in the parking garage. Use the QR code on one of the pillers to pay for your parking. Take the elevator to the lobby then you'll see where to go to get to the bygone. Was glad I arrived early because I wasn't told the kitchen closed at 10. But even though I arrived 30minutes early I was seated immediately and given excellent service. My waitress was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of. We had a great fine dining experience just be sure to follow the dress code on there website jacket is not necessary just make sure you have a collared shirt. And ladies a nice casual dress or gown is fine. I know my guest was nervous on what she should wear. Will definitely be back. A great place to take someone you care about fellas. Hope my review answered some questions for any first timers looking to go.

We brought my elderly mother for a celebration lunch and everyone on the staff was just so lovely to her. The food was incredible, the portions were generous, my husband said his steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned and he is very hard to please! We will definitely be back!

Restaurant Review: Rusty Scupper – Baltimore, MD (Inner Harbor) My wife and I recently visited Rusty Scupper for the first time on Valentine’s Day, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Service & Atmosphere I had made a 7:30 PM reservation, and we arrived at 7:28 PM. After checking in at the front desk, we walked upstairs, and within 20 seconds, our name was called. The seating process was smooth and well-organized, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. Food & Drinks Due to the holiday, the restaurant had a set menu. I ordered the lobster tail, while my wife opted for the lobster tail with an added crab cake. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were outstanding. The drinks complemented our meal perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Final Thoughts Rusty Scupper delivered excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier seafood. It has definitely earned a spot on my list of restaurants to return to. If you’re looking for a great waterfront dining experience in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, this place is a must-visit. food and drinks are always sooo. delicious. i’ve had the mushroom ravioli and the korean shortrib and both 10/10! even the caesar salad was immaculate. it’s a cute spot and helpful service even when i tried a new drink and didn’t like it and sent it back for a different drink.
