However, our desire was to have a leisurely Christmas Eve dinner, but Jack explained that Chef wanted orders filled before finishing our starter and our cocktails. And sure enough along came our entrees! It was all about turning tables for the establishment ! Will never reserve at Nick & Sam’s on Holidays!!

    Our table for 6 was ready right on time, and our server was excellent- attentive and prompt and friendly. She was quite professional. We’ve eaten there many times and the food was, as usual, delicious. We never felt rushed, and we never felt neglected! The other story is that when I made this reservation, the system had no tables for 6 available at the time I needed, so I grabbed one for 4 and one for 2. I wrote a brief comment to Hudson House - Lakewood that it was a disappointment. Within an hour I received a notice and an updated email that my reservation had been changed to 6! I keep dining there because of customer service over all categories. Rande
