Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Haymarket

Steak overdone, in spite of requesting “medium” cook.

Our waiter, Elijah, was amazing! We have been to Bowdies several times over the years and each time it’s just as great as the first. The steaks are always cooked to perfection, and the truffle fries are next level. We will be back, as always. Merry Christmas.

Excellent service, delicious, interesting and unique dishes, and comfortable surroundings. A favorite place to visit and to bring guests.

Overall, wonderful lunch. The server didn’t have the “extra” something that many of the other servers have in their engagement with our table. He was good, just not the top tier. I’d recommend more smiles, chatting casually with us, etc. The food was terrific, great presentation.

Based on my previous two Ruth's Chris experiences, the dinner was in line with their standards. My goal is to order something I have had before. In regards to the noise level rating I gave, I wore my usual noise cancellation earplugs. There was three inches of snow in the city, yet it was well plowed away from the entrance of Ruth's Chris. I dined there yesterday.
