Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Murrieta

Love this place most food was good, broccolini was really undercooked, took forever to get drinks. Fish was fantastic and so was the baked potato and berry crumble dessert.

The three of us enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner. Food was perfect. The service was fantastic. Server was very attentive. We always celebrate our birthdays at the Black Angus and have done so for many years.

Our waiter Hope was fantastic! She gave us great service, and as we were about to leave she offered an ice tea to go. The food was great. We started with the Seared Scallops W/Roasted Jalapeño, and they were fantastic my friend and I had the Fish and chips, and my spouse had the Maryland Style Crabcakes. We were all very happy with our choices. We plan to come back the next time we are in town.

Perennially one of the best Italian restaurants in the Temecula region. Our server Taylor was superb in her courtesy, warmth, helpfulness, efficiency and overall service level. My GF ordered the Parmigiana de Norma and I had the Spaghetti with Squid Ink and scallops. Both dishes were well prepared and presented. The wine list was respectable and paired well with the menu offerings. My favorite is the Montepulciano sold under the restaurant’s own label. It has not disappointed. The ambiance was old world charm without the cheesy fake Italian pretensions seen so often elsewhere. Whenever I visit the Temecula Valley, this venue is a sure stop. Highly recommend.

We thought it was really great and the service was excellent in the lounge. We think the Management should have more employees working on a holiday weekend. There was one person between the entire bar and lounge area for waitressing and making drinks and she did an excellent job with a smile! But my heart went out to her and I think management could do better. We think the food was excellent, the service was excellent and the atmosphere perfect. I would suggest taking good care of your valuable employees and not over-working them. You don’t wanna lose the great staff that you have due to burn out. We will definitely be back!
