This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Cellars running under all three structures hold kitchens, wine cellars & services for the dining areas.Due to the integrity of the menu, dietary preferences/aversions will not be accommodated.     I went to an early Valentine’s Day dinner with friends, and it was truly a memorable experience. The atmosphere was enchanting, with soft candlelight flickering on the tables and gentle music playing in the background. Each dish we savored was a culinary masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The highlight of the evening was definitely the exceptional service provided by the manager, Cliff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made the night even more special.
