Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Rampart Casino

I have eaten there several times in the past few years. This experience was the best. Al Solito Posto really stepped up their game. The branzino was one of the best in Las Vegas. Our wait staff was excellent, particularly Nikki. My guest and I were so impressed with Nikki that we expect she will be in management soon, either there or one of the top celebrity restaurants. We stopped here and were so glad we did. We were greeted by a friendly smile by “Junior” and were surprised at how quaint and cozy the restaurant was. Even at the dinner hour, we didn’t feel rushed. Our server Brenda was impeccable, and explained the dishes we were interested in. My sister ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and I asked for a pasta dish that was light on sauce. Brenda suggested the capellini pomodoro that I didn’t see on the menu. Delicious! The house wine pairing was a vibrant Cabernet that went perfectly with my dish. To top it off, we ordered the gelato to share and it was the best end to our meal. If I was a local, I’d be a regular customer. I will remember Aromi next time I’m in town.

We took our visiting family to dinner and everyone had a great experience. The server was knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. Everyone’s food was delicious and some of the best Italian food we’ve had. We’re locals and frequent the restaurant often. Our family said they want to go back!

Awesome farm to table food and great service! Somewhat expensive but all food is expensive these days, and the quality meal was well worth it!

Echo and Rig is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is upscale yet unpretentious, creating a warm and inviting vibe. Adrian, our bartender, made the night even more memorable. He was not only incredibly skilled with his cocktails but also had a great sense of humor and was so attentive to our needs. His drink suggestions were spot-on, and each one was crafted perfectly. The food was outstanding — each dish was fresh, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the sides complemented it beautifully. The entire meal felt like a celebration, thanks to Adrian’s excellent service and the amazing food. If you’re looking for a place with great drinks, delicious food, and a stellar experience, Echo and Rig is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!
