Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in South Street

Food here is always good, although I wish they’d change the menu a little more often . Service was pleasant and efficient although last night the main courses were slow coming out of the kitchen.

We went for lunch & shared charcuterie, cheese plate, & Trout Almondine. All were excellent. Our server, Makenzie, was delightful & attentive without being intrusive, and helpful with suggestions. The only negative was uncomfortable chairs. Otherwise, we had a lovely leisurely lunch.

Service excellent and a lovely bistro feel. The food is great and has to be the Best bargain around! Always great to BYO!! We will certainly dine again! Thank you!!

Terrific homemade pasta that had us raving. Saffron seafood pasta and a salmon tagliatelle. Hospitable staff and owners.

I was there on Christmas Day evening. It was very busy and both the Kitchen and the front of the house did a really good job. My server was prompt and very attentive and my food arrived quickly and was hot and of good flavor yet I did not feel rushed. I live in the neighborhood and will definitely return.
