La restauratrice Sara Grizzle (travaillant par le passé au Rédemption Grill et au Essex) et le renommé chef de la chaîne de télévision Food Network, Abe Lopez, se sont associés pour créer un nouveau restaurant à ne pas manquer dans l'East Village de Manhattan qui sert les meilleurs « tapas » en ville ainsi que plusieurs autres petits plats à partager. Le menu en offre pour tous les goûts et toutes les préférences. Les plats proposés sauront certainement satisfaire autant les carnivores que les végétaliens. Le fait de servir des « tapas » permet à n'importe quel groupe, autant éclectique soit-il, d'en sortir satisfait. On y retrouve également une carte des vins recherchée, un bon choix de bières en fût et en bouteille ainsi que certains cocktails très originaux. Ne manquez surtout pas le Mojito au gingembre. Le restauruant Poco est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un verre ou un apéritif, pour souper ou tout simplement pour se détendre après une journée mouvementée. La nourriture est original et excellente, tout comme le fameux macaroni au fromage et homard. Le tout en restant dans une gamme de prix abordable qui saura satisfaire n'importe quel porte-feuille. Tout le monde au Poco s'impatiente de vous servir. Sara, l'une des propriétaires, est généralement toujours sur place et prend le temps de rencontrer chaque client. Vous êtes attendu!

    Shan was recommended by a female duo I follow on IG...bklynmavens. The experience surpassed my expectations, every dish was delicious with a bit of spice but not to overwhelm. My dinner companion does not eat meat and our waiter suggested the Dan Dan noodles without pork and it was a home run, she's currently looking up a recipe online to attempt it at home lol. She had the prawn dry pot as well and we both did the happy dance when tasted. I was not disappointed with my duck entree that came with buns, duck was cook to perfection and the sauce was perfect for that meal. We split the coconut cotta dessert, different for us but a welcomed change, tasty yet light. We will definitely return with others to experience Shan. Thank you for the good food and service!

    Hidden neighborhood gem with great food, excellent drinks, and a unique, comfortable atmosphere. Very happy our original option was no longer available when we went back to secure a reservation!
