The Squire at Branches is a full-service restaurant and bar nestled in beautiful West Long Branch. This hidden Gem has gone through a major renovation, with an expansive bar, a beautifully-crafted wine room, and a gas-burning fire place. The electric menu was created by Chef Cliff Richardson; a culinary prodigy whose passion has taken him around the world. Experienced in Caribbean, French, Italian and American cuisine. Chef Richardson worked his way through the ranks at the Malliouhana Hotel under the leadership of Michelin Star Chef Michelle Rostang in Paris. The Squire is best known for their Surf & Turf Board- 32oz (CAB) Porterhouse Steak, 2 (6oz) Cold Water Lobster Tails, Pan Seared Dry Diver Scallops & Jumbo Shrimp accompanied with your choice of sides. Inspired by the pubs I fell in love with on my various travels, this re-interpretation of the neighborhood Public House represents an eclectic and updated take on the traditional pub. The Black Swan explores, embraces and combines various cultural influences to appeal to different tastes, offering unique and innovative dishes like Indian-inspired curries and pastas alongside more classic dishes like Shepherd’s Pie and Fish and Chips. I purposefully divided the restaurant into four distinct areas in order to offer something for everyone and I encourage all our neighbors to stop in at any hour, day or night. L'Avenue vous accueille sur ce rivage, en restant sur les côtes orientales du monde dont vous êtes familier, à Long Branch, dans le New Jersey. Le restaurant flambant neuf a été conçu par l'architecte de renommée internationale David Collins et le résultat de cette collaboration n'a pas fini d'impressionner.
