Best Vegan Restaurants in Anderson Township

We dined here New Year’s Day for dinner. It’s beautiful and comfortable. We ordered the meatball appetizer, which was delicious but we felt it was served a tad on the cool side. The entrée of salmon was perhaps a tad overcooked but the crusted duck was perfection. The caramel cider cheesecake dessert is very rich. We had nightcaps at the bar and enjoyed the seasonal dark Manhattan made with a dark stout beer reduction, very warming on a cold winter evening. Friendly and prompt service from the staff.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant--my sister and I brought my dad here for his birthday dinner. We sat upstairs right next to a window overlooking the street. The food was delicious, reasonably-priced, and service was great!

Three of us shared a special reunion dinner. The initial hosts were quite polished, yet I felt my guest's attire and my signature (SF Asian Art museum) baseball cap was a possible issue, so I was not surprised when we were sized up and sat in the back/vault. The back was GREAT. More privacy and tons more quiet than the front. The final server we had was THE BEST. He helped us with the menu quickly and seamlessly (he really knew his stuff.) His friendliness was NATURAL, not forced. We were not rushed. Plus he was the perfect balance between professional and friendly. Formal dining etiquette (re clearing and food delivery) were all present and perfect. Yes, this was rather pricy, but I will definitely return, esp for a special occasion. And our server deserved his 30% tip, even if provided by a guy in a baseball cap with casually-dressed guests. ; )

We have been to Alcove several times. The food is outstanding. We especially love the smashburger, and crispy potatoes, but we have had the cod sandwich, chicken sandwich & beet salad & buffalo cauliflower. Everything was delicious. The white linen drink is also fantastic

Cork and Crust is great. The staff are personable and efficient. The owner is involved and visible. I love the food and that they have delivery services. I highly recommend it.
