Our family has been enjoying Marmalade for years. It is our only go to destination for special occasions and we are ALWAYS delighted with the experience. Tonight was no exception- from the professional and thoughtful service- to the food quality and presentation!! Every course was a symphony of incredible combination of textures and flavors- perfectly balanced. The white bean soup- a staple - was even better than I remembered. The lobster risotto was creamy with generous chunks of fresh lobster. The Sea bass melted in my mouth! Of course the chocolate dessert was over the top rich with multiple layers of chocolate textures and a hint of raspberry. The cocktails were unique and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome and the pacing of the meal was impeccable. This is an experience that is not to be missed when you come to discover the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. Excellent experience, the food was fantastic. Great for sharing. We shared nigiri tuna, shrimp gyoza and the wagyu sliders from the appetizer side. We shared the brisket, duck fried rice and the Chilean sea bass. All were excellent, the brisket was outstanding. Chocolate coconut cake with sea salt caramel for dessert was amazing.

I would have given 5 stars but the bread in the french toast was not up to par per several previous visits. It was toasted much more than typical, due to oversight or because the bread was not as fresh as it should hsve been. Since i was with two guests, i did not mention this to our server to avoid a bad impression of the restaurant that I had hyped up.

We had a great time at Al Fresco's! Great roof top bar that had amazingly good food! The entire experience was great, I would highly recommend!
