So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come. One visit to Anthony’s creative Italian cuisine & you will be hooked. As you walk into one of three beautifully redesigned dinning rooms, in a building that dates back to the 1930’s, you will smell the aromas of the freshest ingredients and spices, which are used to create the unique menu. This coupled with the warm earth tones & natural lighting from the oversized windows makes dining here a truly special experience. Outdoor café dinning when weather permits adds to the romantic ambience.As you are escorted to your table you can’t help but notice the beautifully crafted temperature controlled oak wine cabinet which houses up to 200 bottles of wine. Since the restaurant is a BYOB, the owners wanted to provide customers with a place to store their favorite wines so they are readily available each time they visit. Anthony’s also offers the use of any of their dinning rooms for private events.

    Totally not what I expected. Wanda’s gives off a brunch-like vibe. So to have the food we ordered to be as AMAZING as it was and not be brunch food was. Impressive. It was a full house, but it wasn’t loud at all. The service was great. The owner came over and asked us how we enjoyed our meals, gave us the history of the restaurant and was just all around lovely to chat with. We absolutely will be visiting again. It’s a very cozy, friendly space with great service and AMAZING food!

    Absolutely loved our meal! Both our host and server were very welcoming and friendly, made great recommendations on their favorite dishes, and didn't rush us out after we finished eating. Each and every dish was fully-flavored and well-executed. I appreciate that the focus is on the seasonal produce itself, in preparations that highlight their best qualities without relying on things like seitan, tempeh, or other "meat substitutes." Hearty, Italian-inspired, but with some really fun, smart, and surprising flavor combinations. Some of our favorites included the focaccia (and specifically the XO sauce on top), the radicchio salad with smoky olives, tortelloni, parsnip milanese, and buffalo murasaki sweet potatoes. Both desserts that we tried (the chocolate dessert and sweet potato pie) were also a hit! I'm eager to come back as the seasons change to see what else they'll come up with!

    This place was wonderful. We had a sweet valentines day dinner. The decor was so beautiful. The musis was Great. We ordered 4 dishes to sharr and a brownie dessert. Everything was delicious! Vegan restaurants habe grown and thos one SHINES! Lots of cozy places to enjoy the decor. I want wait to go again and sit in the front on the couch as people stroll by. Im trying the bread pudding dessert next and 4 new dishes. The chefs know flavors. The curry carrots?!??! Mushroom sliders!!! PESTO gnocci...as a vegan i havent had pesto in a while! Im trying the flatbread and edemamr wontons next
