Excelente birthday meal. Great food and service! Highly recommended.

The food and drinks are always amazing here! The Rosey Monkey drink special was fantastic. The Asian Pear Martini was also a hit! The Wellas Wings were so crispy and the chicken inside so tender, the flavor was that of something your Abuela would make, Sasson and Adobo delicious. The Blue NY Strip was so juicy and flavorful nice compliment to the steak was the thick cut bacon and blue cheese crumbles. Steaks were cooked to perfection, the side of roasted potatoes were crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Desserts you must try are the carrot cake or the Woodford Apple Crumble. Pure comfort on a cold night. The place is always packed on the weekends so be sure to book a reservation.

I LOVE THE SERVER COLLEEN SHE EXPLAIN WHAT THEY DO TO SERVICE THE COMMUNITY AND SHE ATTENTIVE OPEN AND HAD A GREAT BIG HEART FOR WHAT SHE DOES. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND WE BE BACK SOON.

My best friend and I visit at Tosca as often as we can. The food is always magnificent, and it is such a great atmosphere to stay and visit. It's warm, inviting and quiet. Perfect place to catch up and enjoy exquisite food and drinks. Very grateful for the talented people here.

Service was excellent even though we were told they were short a few servers. Food was excellent, especially the original wings. Just a few items were unavailable, but no big deal. When my daughter’s food came out with cheese (when we asked for no cheese) they were very apologetic and offered to remake it. Overall a very good experience.
