Best Vegan Restaurants in Enterprise

We chose Bootlegger for our anniversary dinner this year after hearing great reviews from friends. They did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff was welcoming and thanked us for dinning with them tonight, a missed opportunity for most establishments today. Our waitress was delightful & went above and beyond throughout our visit. The Calamari Fritos was so fresh & delicious. Our selections were spectacular- The Seafood Fra Diavo a House Speciality & Chef Maria’s Saltimbocca were fantastic. We ordered the Crème Brûlée to celebrate, & were also treated to two Cannolis plated with “Happy Anniversary “ written in exquisite chocolate. We will be back to try more on their amazing menu.

As phenomenal as the ambiance and view were at the Foundation Room, the food was equally amazing! Our reservation secured the table on the 63rd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino with views overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and executive airport. We ordered the wagyu NY strip, Mac and cheese. It was a succulent cut seared to perfection.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant and building! One of the best in town, hands down. 5 star service, excellent food, beautiful surroundings, bustling main dining room with business meetings and birthdays - really a fun spot. Will absolutely be back. Huge outdoor patio perfect for sunny afternoons. 5 star across the board!! Burger and fries were top 3 in Summerlin.

Enjoyed our evening. We always eat here when we are in Las Vegas. The food is always consistent and top quality. The staff is always amazing. They go above and beyond. We always have a wonderful experience every time!
