So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft.     Always exceeds my expectations. Brandon, Christine and whole staff went above and beyond for our night with friends. Brandon had an entire flight picked out for me when we sat down. I was super impressed Whenever we have a night to go out, we always hit Versi Vino. From the small plates, to cocktails, to wine, to welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable staff... it is the perfect night out. And my favorite part, I can purchase the incredible wine from the bottle shop on my way out. This is a hidden gem that never, ever disappoints. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

    We were celebrating my sister in law’s birthday today and ate here. Morgan was our server and took great care of us. I was the only one with Celiac and was reassured that the food would be safe for me to have. We shared the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer. They tasted great. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. It was very flavorful. My husband had the Moroccan salmon and my sister in law had a burger. The service was excellent! I felt fine from the lunch!
