Best Vegan Restaurants in North Walsham

Excellent food as always the flavours are 2nd to none great food great staff always enjoyable

As normal just amazing in all ways love this place I had my daughters wake here in November we had the whole pub all afternoon and every thing was perfect staff was amazing Highly recommend

This was our first visit to the lodge. We were really impressed. A lovely big restaurant. The service was friendly and efficient. There seemed to be a lot of staff about. The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was very well cooked and they had good sized portions. A really nice place I am sure we will be back.

Firstly we were a little early and so the waiter looked for a table and we were seated right by the door. Wasn’t the best table but to be fair the restaurant was very busy. Secondly the staff were very good, friendly and almost too efficient. Our food came out too fast. We were still eating our starters when the mains appeared so felt like we had to eat a little fast for our liking. Thirdly my wife ordered a large glass of Sauvignon which was over £10 and I thought that was pricey for a single glass. Lastly we both really enjoyed the food, it was delicious and full of flavour. The ambience was lovely and the staff were awesome. I’ve listed the faults but in all honestly we would 100% eat here again. Not the cheapest but we believe in paying good money for good food and you didn’t disappoint. Maybe just read the table and slow the service a little so we don’t feel rushed. I had the gluten free roast beef option and it was delicious. The glazed carrots , cabbage and green beans were perfectly cooked as were the roast potatoes. The red wine just finished the meal off and I didn’t need the additional gravy. Only gluten free folk will understand the joy of a gf Yorkshire pudding! My husband had the pie with the veggies and skinny chips which he really enjoyed. My sister had the vegan mushroom pie with roasts and veggies which she said was a lovely meal. My brother in law had the vegetarian linguine with sun blushed tomatoes and garlic bread. He also said it was lovely. The service was really good and the staff are attentive not intrusive. The puddings were also yummy. Overall we had a great afternoon so thank you to all the staff and chef. Just a quick note- if you are vegan and booking ahead let them know because the vegan options sell quickly!
