Best Vegan Restaurants in Stratton

Everything that we ordered on the Valentine’s menu was delicious! The gnocchi with pork ragu and burrata appetizer was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I always love the atmosphere at CurATE and will definitely be back!

The service was outstanding. Very very friendly and engaging, and good advice on the food. Southern Vermont may not be known for southern cuisine, but this place really works. And an outstanding selection of bourbons and ryes.

Our Valentine’s Day celebration was perfect! Delicious creative food,wonderful service and a beautiful environment.

A really spectacular meal! My wife and I started with the Vermont Artisan Cheese Tasting. The cheeses and the "embellishments" were almost a meal onto themselves. We then split the 14 ounce Ribeye. Also delicious! The cocktails were on par. I enjoyed the Corpse Reviver #2 and my wife enjoyed the vodka Collins. Ashley was a great waitstaff! Her suggestions worked out perfectly. We are light eaters but splitting those 2 dishes was quite filling. The Red Rooster stands on its own as a restaurant and isn't just a "hotel restaurant". We were staying at the Woodstock Inn so a bonus not having to go outside for dinner!

We had a lovely dinner at The Chophouse. The service was wonderful despite the fact that they had a full house due to the early spring winter storm. Everything in town was shut down and we were expecting things to be challenging for a restaurant in a hotel where people were pretty much stranded for the evening - but it was a lovely evening and the restaurant handled everything so well. Eating there is an experience, so I would not go if you don’t have at least an hour to an hour and a half for a fine dining experience. I hope I am able to visit again someday. The food and service were outstanding. Highly recommend the chicken roulade and the sea bass!
