Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The food lived up to the name, which is no mean feat, especially in this part of Sydney. I had the gnocchi Sorrentina, which is quite good (with a balanced red sauce with delicious mozzarella); the freshly stone baked garlic bread (which was firm and made of good quality dough), and the panna cotta (which had a real cooked cream texture and taste). Very yum. I’ll be back!

Amazing service ❤️ love the place ❤️ they called me when I left my purse which is very appreciated ❤️ very good food ❤️ my bf didn’t like his chicken schnitzel bc it was dry but he’s an idiot for ordering chicken schnitzel and chips at an Italian place ❤️

Repeat customer Booked 1900pm on a Saturday night, arrived on time, was seated promptly and politely Wagu beef with duck butter potatoes outstanding Beers cold, margarita perfect Waiter & waitress (Inga?) excellent service without seeming to hover Locals (and blow ins) do yourself a BIG favour and give Sputini a go - you wont regret it!!!!!
