100% Plant-Based restaurant in Wicker Park. We have always had the core belief of being as good to ourselves (and the earth) as possible, but as we grow, we have always wanted to do more. With this desire, we decided to open Bloom Plant Based kitchen. Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. However, with healthy plant-based options not being the popular choice, we know we have stiff competition. Therefore, our intention with Bloom is to focus on bringing flavorful, healthy, and affordable plant-based food to families while also being desirable and appealing to everyone regardless of their diet.

Taxim, which is located in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood, features regionally-inspired Greek dishes paired with an all-Greek wine list. The stunning dining room is fitted with soaring 16-foot ceilings, travertine marble floors, dramatic Byzantine-style lamps and artwork, and the rooftop dining area lined with Greek flowering herbs.The restaurant was chosen as one of of Chicago's Best New Restaurants in 2009/2010 by the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Magazine and the Chicago Reader. Eden’s ever-evolving brunch, lunch, dinner and beverage menus focus on the use of high-quality and seasonal ingredients, with an approach based on simplifying the process that goes into crafting each dish.
