Best Waterfront Restaurants in Braintree

 Our experience at Joe’s American bar and Grill was absolutely wonderful. They seated us right when we arrived and we had the best view out the window watching the water. Our food came quickly and it was delicious! Everyone of us ordered a different brunch item and each one was delicious and warm and ready to eat. The staff was attentive and sweet and grateful. I will definitely go there again.

We dine here often and with good reason. The consistency for all the categories you ask about on the survey are always over the top. The staff, the venue, the FOOD and the prices are all great. This owner has other restaurants in the area and it is the same experience at any of them when we visit. So if you’re local - stay local and try this gem. And if you’re not local - it is worth a trip!

Always love going to this place! Many of my friends have become regulars here - the people are great! And when I come back home (Boston) for the holidays or a parents birthday we try to come here. Whether you’re looking to catch up with friends or family or if you’re looking to grab a great dinner before a Celtics (they have both light and dark espresso martinis) - The Catch is a great choice!

Great view and great food! Sea bass was cooked perfectly with the lemon butter and capers sauce. I got the butternut squash and mushroom farro risotto, although I’d probably skip the latter and go for the whipped potatoes. It wasn’t really a risotto, was a bit bland and a very small portion. My husband got whipped potatoes with his steak and that was delicious. Overall I liked the ambiance by the harbor and would come back to this location.

My husband, our son, his girlfriend and I met at 75 On the Wharf for Christmas Eve. It was fantastic. I loved it from the moment I entered. We started out at the bar and we all had different drinks--the 75, The Holiday Yard Sale, Clause-Mopolitan, and good ole Budweiser for hubby, and the drinks were so good! The dining room has harbor views and you can watch planes taking off from Logan. We got shrimp cocktail for app and they give 6 big fresh shrimp and it was delicious. I got the pork chop, my son got maple glazed salmon, my husband got fish and chips and son's gf got fish tacos. Huge, fresh, delicious portions and everyone completely enjoyed their meal. The staff was excellent--friendly, kind, funny and didn't hover or rush us. It was casual enough but had a classy flair. We had such a wonderful time. I would highly recommend and can't wait to return.
