- RRichardBerkshire •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFamily Sunday roast lunch for 6: 4 roast sirloin , 1 roast pork with crackling & 1 roast lamb. They all came with mixed veg of mange toute, roast carrots and broccoli, plus roast pots, cauliflower cheese and large individual Yorkshire puddings and were of good quality and well cooked. This resulted in 6 empty plates. The service was friendly and efficient.More infoThe Crown Inn at Burnham BeechesPrice: Expensive• British• Stoke Poges•4.5
- TTkny44London •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis is a delightful pub, with good lighting, superb food and great, friendly service. We shared the monkfish Wellington special and it was sublime. It could have done with a tiny bit less salt, but otherwise it was perfection, the flavours of the vermouth, the nicely seasoned pomme purée and the jus went so well together and we felt the concept of a non-beef Wellington was exciting and bold. And it worked!! Paired it with a very nice Chenin blanc. Our antipodean waitress was quirky and charming and service was excellent. We shall definitely be back!More infoThe Three OaksPrice: Expensive• British• Gerrards Cross•4.8
- CchrisVIPHampshire •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFood tremendous - met the head chef and team - seriously good. Service was so friendly and thoroughly professional. A relaxed environment but an upmarket one too. Brilliant all round and worth every penny. We were just a table of 3, but can tell had it would also be great for bigger parties and special events. Dog friendly in the bar area too which was great for us. Thank you Greyhound team!More infoThe Greyhound BeaconsfieldPrice: Expensive• British• Beaconsfield•4.9

- TTomLas Vegas •3 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 18, 2025We visit the Black Horse about once a year as it is a great midway point between us in London and friends from the midlands. The food and service never disappoint. I had the buffalo chicken wings to start which were a great sized portion and lovely and spicy. Between us we had a range of burgers and a couple of kids meals, all were delicious. We look forward as always to our next visit.More infoThe Black HorsePrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Fulmer•4.1
