We chose to sit in the lounge, which had a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe—perfect for an intimate celebration. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, but it was Chris, the hostess, who truly made our evening unforgettable. Chris’s hospitality and knowledge were exceptional. She greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like valued guests from the very start. Throughout the evening, she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and offered thoughtful recommendations that made our meal even more special. Her suggestion of the Chilean Sea Bass was spot on—it was tender, flaky, and full of flavor, truly one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. While our server, Stacie, was attentive and efficient, it was Chris’s expertise and personal care that truly elevated our experience. Very good service on Christmas Eve. The waiter was very helpful and the food was delicious.

We were given a great table with a view of the whole restaurant, decorated beautifully with great lighting and music. Couldn’t have been a better Christmas Eve experience. Super service and very friendly. I should have known better to not order fish in Colorado, but it was grilled beautifully with an excellent sauce; just tasted as if it had been frozen quite a while. I’d definitely go back and order pasta.

The food was delicious as both my colleague and I had not been to Blanco before. Service was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the experience and both of us vowed to return with our families over the holidays.
