Les chefs préparent des spécialités comme les crevettes à la noix de coco, le T-Bone crépitant de 1 kg, les quesadillas de homard ainsi que les huîtres et les petites palourdes Bluepoint fraîches, livrées tous les jours. Les deux salles à manger sont décorées dans un style nautique traditionnel. La façade est constituée de portes-fenêtres offrant une vue sur l'eau.
