Setting and food were great. Service was uneven. Didn’t check to see if we needed anything after entrees served (we did). Didn’t refill water glasses. Brought soufflé immediately after entree plates removed and didn’t bring plates for soufflé and were not available to ask for a while. Restaurant was not busy

By far; the best fine dining experience on the Big Island! Of course, it is the Four Seasons premier dining opportunity and yes; worth every penny. Everything; the great service and the finest ingredients imported and locally sourced enhances the end result, an exception meal. As a Kamaaina; a friend and I decided to treat ourselves to fine dining experiences, monthly. This was by far, our favorite. You must try the table-side preparation of the Caesar by the artisan named Prince. Wow! The Risotto is beyond belief and the crispy lobster; perfectly served and tenderly prepared. Always ask the Waiter for his or her recommendations in reference to the bar menu; there are drinks not listed on the menu. Enjoy. We will return! Reservations suggested.
