It features a creatively prepared and presented Contemporary American menu with a Southern twist in the farm to table tradition. Fresh produce locally grown is hand selected and prepared by our Chef de Cuisine, whose entrees respect the natural flavors of high quality, humanely raised and locally harvested food.     We had the best table in the building!!! It was my favorite. Love everything about this place minus the small portions and pricing of certain items. 120$ lobster Mac (I get it, it’s 1.5# lobster which is pricey) and 75$ table side carbonara is plain wild. 110$ filet is literal steak house territory without any details on the filet itself. Dry aged? Wet aged? Sourced from? Anyways it’s amazing food but maybe having waiters go in depth on each of these special meals would help sway consumers.

    The Blind Cupid was a great pop-up bar atmosphere. The vibe was extremely laid back and allowed for quality time and conversations. The decor and ambience (light music) created the perfect environment. I would definitely recommended and will return for different holiday pop-ups & a regular Bling Pig experience.

    Always a great place to enjoy a great meal. We had a lovely dinner, I had the pecan crusted trout - delicious (wasn’t fond do the butternut/ricotta whip but that may just be me). Wife had the pan roasted pork tenderloin, great, too much to eat. Crème Brûlée desert great, coffee barely warm. Good wine selection, good bar, overall a wonderful experience.

    This is the spot my husband & I choose for every special occasion- we agreed last night there was no need to branch out when the food + service is THAT good. We’ve never been disappointed and always had a great time. As I mentioned to my husband on the way home, it’s not just a dinner; it’s an entire experience and it is worth every penny, every time! The staff are phenomenal & 20% seems low when they’re performing as well as they are! For anyone considering, book Bones- you’ll never look back!
