A secretive unmarked door in Drunch on Great Titchfield Street opens onto one of the Capital’s most enticing hidden spaces. Descending the stairs the basement opens out into one large cave with vaulted ceiling, a bar and DJ desk as well as two smaller caves tucked away under separate arches. The service team was incredibly professional, fast, and polite, anticipating our needs with care and precision. When it comes to the food, Faros stands out with its carefully prepared dishes made from fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly satisfy the palate. From appetizers to main courses, desserts, and drinks, everything was served with impeccable presentation. I especially tried beef ragu, and I could taste the quality and mastery in every bite. The chef’s expertise in the kitchen is unmistakable. The ambiance was equally impressive – stylish, modern, yet warm and inviting.     I honestly couldn't fault anything. The service was great, the menu presentation and choice of food was excellent, the food itself was really good - cooked perfectly. We will certainly dine here again.
