L’équipe constituée par le père et le fils créé une expérience culinaire italienne unique, étant en exploitation à Las Vegas depuis plus de 20 ans. Le fils, Mimmo, a grandi dans l'entreprise et, après avoir été diplômé de la C.C.A., il est allé en Italie. C’est ici qu’il a travaillé avec quelques grands chefs de la Toscane. Avec son père Gino, ils ont créé un menu pour satisfaire les palais les plus exigeants avec des plats primés tels que l’osso buco, les côtelettes d'agneau, les steaks de première qualité, du lapin, des poissons de la Méditerranéenne, des pâtes et des pains préparés sur place. Sans oublier le gnocchi de la mère. Alors que Mimmo s’occupe de la cuisine, Gino s’occupe de la salle à manger et s’assure de la satisfaction de tous les clients.
