Best Fun Restaurants in St. Peters

We had a great time. Service was really good. The food was really good and we enjoyed it as always.

VeeKoo was busy as usual, but we still were seated within a reasonable time of our reservation. I had edamame ( good ) and the Yellow Dragon Roll ( very good ). My wife had the Won Ton soup and Honey Walnut Shrimp. Neither of those was hot enough ( temp. not spice-wise ) which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Still, This is a good restaurant, and I will be back again

What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this restaurant was, nestled within the old Eagle Tavern. The ambience and decor really aligned with the broader theme of a southern farm to table kitchen. The cocktails were spectacular, especially if you like whiskey, because they have an incredible selection. The sweet potato hush puppies were perfectly fried, and the honey and sauce were delicious. We ordered the short rib and salmon, and the chef was able to make adjustments to the vegetables to address an allergy issue. Both plates were licked completely clean because everything was absolutely delicious. We also got the skillet cornbread and while it was two cut slices on a skillet and not an actual skillet, the flavor was delicious. The only adjustment I would suggest there is the butter was chilled, which made it hard to spread. I wasn’t as excited about the dessert selection but honestly, I didn’t need dessert because the meal was just spectacular. Special shout out to our server, Maddie, who was perfectly attentive without being ever present.

Friends and I went to the Pajama Brunch on New Years Day at the White Dog Cafe in Chester Springs. This is the first that I have been to this new White Dog. It is wonderful. It has tons of character and many small rooms. They have retained the country charm of the old home. The food is always excellent. My two friends had the specials, which were yummy. The waffles with fruit compote and syrup with a taste of coffee were delicious. I recommend White Dog for a terrific dining experience.

Everything was perfect. From check in to drinks to dinner. Service was top notch and we had such a wonderful time.
