Want to broaden your knowledge of rum? Book in for a Tasting Bench Experience, available on the hour every day between 12-6pm. You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums. Learn about the history of rum, and how JimmyRum became Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery. Bookings are encouraged.

Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant. Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs. Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets. Bookings of 2 - 7 can enjoy our a la carte menu offering.Bookings of 8+ adult guests are required to dine on our Feasting Menu $84pp. Our Chefs cater to all preferences and dietary requirements wherever possible, please alert your waitstaff on arrival. Note for all tables confirmed on an a la carte basis will unusually receive longer than normal service times.Please include Children in your total number of guests when making a booking and leave a note for the restaurant when completing your reservation. Childrens menu is available.A 10% surcharge applies on weekends / 20% on public holidays.

The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-36 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We had a wonderful experience at the new Red Hill Estate. We shared a salami pizza and lamb ragout rigatoni, the table service, provided by Arlene, was first class. Robert then helped us with a tasting and wine sale and joining the Red Hill Estate wine club. All in all, a great experience.

It was a beautiful late summer afternoon and we had a beautiful mean with the fixed courses. A lovely bottle of Rose complimented the food and surroundings. Will definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone

Food was delicious, drinks were amazing and the guest singer was brilliant. Ex member of Captain Spaulding and was a great entertainer and genuinely nice guy who stopped by the table a few times to chat and reminisce about old times. Definitely going back.
