Best Fun Restaurants in Wilmington

Our food was excellent! We had dumplings, wedge salad, and beef Wellington with mashed potatoes. The cook on the Wellington was perfect, and the potatoes were delicious. We sat at the bar where the vibe was upbeat and comfortable. Our bartender Pat was attentive and personable. We will definitely go back again soon!

The style and ambience were very nice. Service was excellent. The homemade pasta dish was very tasty with excellent shrimp. We will go back.

Our experience at Post 1917 was incredible. It started with our waiter Louis, who was friendly and well informed about the food and drinks. The drinks were well made. The appetizers we had were wagyu dumplings and lamp chop lollypops. The dumplings were great and the lollypops were the best we've ever had. Our steaks were cooked to perfection with advice from our waiter on the best way to order them. Our sides were au gratin potatoes and street corn. The potatoes were great and the street corn was exceptional. Our waiter Louis was great in offering a wine pairing which turned out to be spot on. His service was top notch.

Food was absolutely amazing as usual. Everything came out super quick too. We devoured everything so hard we lost track of time, and were fighting for space in the hot plate like a bunch of goblins. Server wasn't particularly attentive as he didn't come to our table at all after placing our order, even when cashing out. Also, we never received our shrimp order but to be honest we didn't notice until the end due to the chaos and already massive amount of food on the table. Would recommend, get the group combos.

Food was good. Our server seemed very busy, so she was a little sparse. There was one obnoxiously loud table, that the manager did apologize for.
