Best Healthy Restaurants in Buckeye

Elements is and has always been one of our favorite restaurants for a special dinner out, always for our anniversary and for dinner with special friends. Also for lunch with girlfriends or a happy hour in the bar. Our meal last night was wonderful as always. Two of us had the salmon, grilled to perfection with squash puree and Brussels sprouts and bacon. The guys had the ribeye, perfect as ordered. We also enjoyed jumbo shrimp cocktail and burrata appetizer and a couple of decadent desserts. However, the pork chop, which was fabulous, is greatly missed on the menu, the favorite for someone who doesn't want the limited steak options. Also the missing mac and cheese that was a favorite. The menu is now quite pared down from previous. That being said, it is still a great restaurant. Bring back some of the best selling favorites please.

The atmosphere, food & servers are always top-not h. It’s a definite must when we are visiting the Scottsdale area.

Ted was our server and gave us a fine dining experience! He was attentive to us, personable and made sure we were happy with everything. We’d love to see more servers like him!

This was our first time at Copper and Sage and we will definitely go back. We were there to celebrate my birthday and we were not disappointed in the food, the ambience or the service. Our waitress, Maddie was very attentive and very engaging. She made our experience fun and memorable. She’s an excellent waitress. Three of the people in our party had the Walleye fish and chips, and I had the Wagyu beef served over grits. Everyone loved the fish dinner and said it was absolutely one of the best fish and chip dinners they had ever had. The Wagyu beef was so tender and was a very generous portion. The restaurant has a great wine list as well as cocktails, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic. The restaurant gave me a birthday dessert, and I chose the Campfire Brownie. It was absolutely delicious! We sat outside and the atmosphere is great.

This was my second time visiting the Biltmore location. I enjoyed the first so much with my daughter that when my mother flew out for the holidays, I brought her. I requested to be seated in Drew's section since she was great last time. She didn't disappoint. Great service. I had the Chicken Parm, and enjoyed it. I live in Arizona City, so it's a 60 mile drive. So for me to drive 60 miles for dinner, I had to be impressed.
