Best Healthy Restaurants in Paradera

The food is pretty good and you really can’t beat the view of the beach and sunset. Tried 2 appetizers: one hot and one cold. The Bruschetta was different as instead of using bread, they used polenta as the base but were good flavors. The octopus and burrata were good as well. The main courses were ok. Had the seared tuna, which was too thick cut, and the flavors were off. The red tail snapper was cooked to perfection and flavorful. The best parts were the drinks and the dessert. Had the banana old-fashioned drink (omg), the banana sundae drink, and the banana dessert. If you come for only these you will not be disappointed. Staff were great and they leave you be so that you can take in the views and enjoy your meal. So heads up if you want quick fast service thay hand you the bill the moment you get it dessert, this isn't your place.

In short We celebrated our 46th Wedding Anniversary with a dinner at Hyatt. And it was great! The waiters were very Friendly and helpful including the communication was 5 stars worth. Will surely repeat Especially for the complimentary anniversary Cake!!! Please consider put this cake on the Menu as dessert? PLEAZE?? :-) Hope to come back when Ruinas del Mar is open again... Excellent food- served well- service and food were great

This was our second time visiting Aruba and we wanted to try something different. The food was exciting and had spectacular flavor profiles. This place is for anyone who enjoys Indonesian food or foodies looking to expand their palate.

Our second time to Aquarius Staff and service is always excellent. Gloria (our server) was great!! The lobster and grilled fish are excellent as well as the rest of the offerings
