For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine.     We eat at the Copperleaf often, and it never disappoints. The wait staff is experienced and has been working there for years. The food is always delicious and well prepared. This was our second Christmas Eve dinner, and it's strongly recommended.

    Salty's exceeded our expectations. We have lived in Seattle for over 20 years and never had dinner at Salty's. We didn't know whether or not to trust the reviews. We absolutely loved our dinner and evening. The staff all the way from the hostess to the kitchen staff to the servers were extremely welcoming, nice and professional. The atmosphere is really special with dim lights, beautiful holiday decorations and a stunning view of the Seattle Downtown. The food was also fantastic. Salty's has an old school, classy vibe which was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a joint birthday and holiday family meal.

    This was my third time dining at Sushi Kashiba and I will be back. Yes, it is expensive, but the food, presentation, and service are amazing. Absolutely the best dining experiences I've ever had. The servers are so professional and very attentive. They are very passionate about their work, the food they serve, and the artistry of the chefs.
