We’re not supposed to be biased, but is there anywhere in the UK more beautiful than Devon? We think not (sorry not sorry). This is the third time I’ve been to Stage and it just gets better every time. The enthusiasm of the table staff is warming, and the same goes for the chef who visited our table a couple of times. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent Sunday roast with the family. Good beef perfectly cooked, and excellent service and very good value. We used to come regularly in the middle of winter for Sunday roasts. £2.0o a head in those days but it was 45 years ago!! Set menu Beef/ pork/lamb, rotated each week, and jugs of beer on the table!
