- GGillianBrighton •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe really enjoyed our meal the food was excellent. The only criticism we have is that I have a shellfish allergy and some of the dishes that we chose we were advised would not be suitable as they were cooked in the same pan as food that cooked shellfish. We were very surprised about that with such an upmarket restaurant. One of the courses we did chose had something that was cooked in a pan that had cooked shellfish and they just left that part of the dish off which was good. We would definitely visit the restaurant again.More infoThe Ivy Asia, BrightonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Brighton•4.3

- DDawnLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFabulous menu choice & every course we chose was excellent quality. Service is very good, always a busy restaurant but a great location overlooking the Thames. Vegetable side portion dishes are very generous, so you probably only need order 1 potato & 1 veg dish between 2. We have eaten at their Epping (Ongar) restaurant too & the menu’s are very similar, and quality equally good.More infoSmiths Restaurant WappingPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Wapping•4.9
- KKaiEast Sussex •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoNot usually one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to by the absolutely outstanding dinner my partner and I had last night for Valentines. I had the scallops to start followed by the venison for main - one word, unbelievable. My partner had the Carbonara to start followed by the Guinea fowl. - both, she said, were incredible. To top it all off we enjoyed some complimentary homemade breads, an Amuse-bouche and some beautiful homemade chocolates. Incredible food complimented by an amazing service, and ambience. Both of us are non drinkers and so it was nice to see some mocktail options on the menu as well! Genuinely couldn’t recommend more. We’re already planning our next visit, just wish we had room for desert as well! - next time!More infoLandgate BistroPrice: Expensive• British• Rye•4.7
- HhazelEast Sussex •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 30, 2025had a great time at marco’s. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. they took their time to explain the menu to us and gave their opinions on the foods. when the food came, it was nicely presented and tasted amazing! i had the chorizo and rocket for starter and the chicken skewers with chips nd broccoli for main. it was so good, recommend a lot. the wine selection was broad and was lovely. location is good and the restaurant is so cute inside. will visit againMore infoMarco's Mediterranean KitchenPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Rye•4.2
