- EElaineLondon •4 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoIt took us a while to decide on what to have, as dining with ladies of a certain age, smaller plates would be a good idea, especially if you could have starters as a main course-which one of our number had. Would like to have had the brunch menu-but noticed that only for Saturdays.More infoThe Nook On FivePrice: Very Expensive• British• Cheltenham•4.4
- SSueGloucestershire/Wiltshire •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe food was absolutely delicious as always, the service friendly and helpful. However, the noise level of the music was intolerable at the first table we were shown to; the ladies already sitting there had given up on trying to converse with each other. The waiter showed us to another table, equally noisy, and then to a third which was slightly better, a little further away from the speakers, but we still had to shout to hear each other. I'm all for a lively atmosphere, and it would have been great in a nightclub, but for friends trying to talk to each other over a pleasant meal, it really was too much. A great pity, as I'm a big fan of Pho.More infoPho CheltenhamPrice: Moderate• Vietnamese• Cheltenham•4.2

- IIanHerefordshire •19 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 21, 2024An excellent meal. Inventive starter - smoked eel with horseradish and beetroot, followed by a very generous and perfectly cooked piece of cod in a saffron sauce with mussels, and panna cotta to finish. The Finger Post Sauvignon Blanc was one of the best we’ve tasted. Friendly and efficient service and a really good atmosphere.More infoThe Butchers ArmsPrice: Very Expensive• British• Eldersfield•4.8
