Best Healthy Restaurants in Gunbarrel

Best Restaurant experience in Boulder we have had so far. The restaurant is nicely laid out with plenty of seating. Lighting was soft and walls are decorated with mountain and nature views. Our server was attentive, cheerful and informative. And last but not least the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

I always love True Food, but our latest experience was exceptional. Our waiter, Jesse, was not only pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable - he also made sure to take excellent care of me and my many food sensitivities. Not for a second did I feel I was being a pain. He listened carefully, came back and asked questions, and even caught a mistake the kitchen had made!

Food here is delicious, presentation is attractive, decor is cozy, service is friendly and efficient.  The menu seemed a bit underwhelming to me at first with relatively few choices that I thought I would like, but everything I tasted was fantastic, so I got some culinary and gustatory education.

The food at Apertivo is outstanding. I have never had a bad dish. I love the intimacy of the restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the staff is outstanding. I eat here often and recommend it often. I like that they have something for everyone, meat eaters, vegetarians and even vegans.

Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.
