Our pan-Asian menu gathers influences of cooking styles from all around Asia; including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. The design of the restaurant is influenced by some of our favourite places to eat and drink, it takes its cues from the street food ‘Hawker’ markets of Penang mixed with the reclaimed building feel of Budapest’s ruin bars. These places both have a magical feel, something that we’ve tried to recreate for the people of Blackpool to enjoy. Penang, Malaysia is an eclectic melting pot of various food styles, with influences from Indonesia, Thailand, India and China, dishes such as soup ramen and stone-baked donburi are two great examples of the depth in flavour, which can be created when different styles come together.

Blackpool has so many fantastic places to eat, but our delightful Palm Court restaurant is the place for a sumptuous, relaxing dinner. The Victorian dining room is full of grandeur and our restaurant team always go that little bit further to make serving a meal a magical experience. The views in the restaurant are spectacular, with sweeping vistas across the Fylde coast and the occasional heritage tram tootling by.     Food was delicious, quick and hot. Would recommend the wings and the skewers, sauce is fabulous. Staff are lovely, the atmosphere was not too busy (Thursday) and got the cutest little ice-cream for a little birthday treat. Would recommend checking this place out x

    We reserved a table online for Sunday Lunch for 2 at The Imperial Hotel. Restaurant was very quiet and we had a lovely table overlooking the seafront. Service from the waiting staff was attentive and helpful. The roast dinner was lovely, with a choice of beef or pork and all the accompaniments. Sadly the dessert somewhat let the experience down. It is advertised as a "two course sumptuous menu with a complimentary salad bar and a beautiful dessert buffet". The complimentary salad bar was very understocked and underwhelming and the dessert buffet consisted of 3 dinner plates with a very small selection of cupcakes and brownies. If the dessert options had lived up to expectations it would be a much bigger score.

    Our food was lovely and the service great. The only thing I could say was my main course was chicken in cream pasta sauce. I had it a starte size and there was very little sauce and no flavour at all. So glad I didn’t have a main portion as I would have left even more.
