- DDeboraPhoenix / Arizona •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe were seated 10 minutes early for our 1pm reservation. Out server arrived at our table immediately and greeted us. We put in drink orders then when she came with those we ordered our appetizer and meal. We thought it might take a bit of time as the place was full but it was all out quickly. Ordered thr pot pie and braised beef and both good. This is where service got slow but I think they seated 3 or 4 new tables in her area at once so she was busy. Ordered thr mint cheesecake and that was amazing. Bill was $80 plus tax so not really bad for 2 people to have a nice meal with drinks and dessert. The tree and Christmas decorations were beautiful and we lucked out and were seated near the tree. Will make it a tradition each year to go back. Lucked out on the reservation because we missed it when it opened. So glad we got one!More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.7

All the staff were once again great and the food came out very quick for brunch. Would recommend if you like fresh pita and great dips.More infoAba - ChicagoPrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• West Loop•4.8
- KKenvipChicago / Illinois •72 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoI cannot count the number of visits we've had to The Girl and the Goat, but it continues to be a favorite for both personal and professional dining. I brought three colleagues, who have never been, to the restaurant for dinner. One diner is vegetarian, but there are menu offerings and options available to provide them with enough to eat. All three were quite impressed with the food. My only complaint would be our table was right next to the kitchen, which can be loud. However, we made due, and had an enjoyable meal. Service is always very good, and the cocktails are fun. If you're interested in dining, make sure you book way ahead, as there is almost no chance to get a table day of.More infoGirl & the GoatPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• West Loop•4.8
