Best Healthy Restaurants in Milford

Overall we had a great time. They were able to accommodate our party of 7 pretty easily. The gnocchi, roasted chicken, filet, mushroom flatbread, and stuffed mushrooms were all good. Cocktails were good. The lobster tail was just ok. Very chewy. But hey, we didn’t expect it to be phenomenal. Only real issue was it took forever to get drinks and food. The server tried her hardest but kitchen and bar seemed to be backed up and it was just very slow. She did apologize. Not her fault. We still had a nice time!

Delightful dinner. Good wine. Branzino was amazing and the lamb kabobs were great. Their pistachio baklava is delicious and not as sweet as most baklava. We will definitely be returning.

Very good food. The roasted vegetable and goat cheese flatbread was AMAZING! So was everything else. Kara was very good as our server as well.

Exceptional service-from the entire staff. Reservationist, server (Melissa) and other staff who checked on us frequently throughout our visit. Welcomed us in, and made sure to thank us upon leaving. Food is unique and tasty and beautifully presented. Lovely spot for a special occasion.

Another fantastic dinner at E+O! Thank you Finn for your great service and great recommendations. The BBQ Sticky Burger was great.
