The portions are modest for the price but leaves room for dessert. Apple pie, warmed Camabert and chocolate mousse were not only beautiful to look at it but mouth watering delicious. We were there from 6:45 until 10:00, while we enjoyed each other's company, three hours plus is long for three courses. The wait people (Alicia and Ethan) were very obliging. A very nice touch at the beginning of our evening was a little tour of Troutbeck when the greeter learned that two in our party had not been to Troutbeck before.
