Best Healthy Restaurants in Scotts Valley

We had the 4-course tasting menu, and it was fantastic! The meal left us full and satisfied. The cocktails—Project G, Cosmopolitan, and Calm Seas—were phenomenal, with smooth textures, great mouthfeel, and complex flavors. The service was exceptional and truly elevated the experience! We enjoyed the Kona Kanpachi Crudo, Lobster Ravioli with Black Truffle, Basque Cheesecake, and Paris-Brest. Already looking forward to our next visit to The Plumed Horse!

Quality of food, service, and ambiance is always beyond expectations at Nobu Palo Alto! The entire Culinary team always goes well beyond the expected experience! Shout outs to Matt and the bar team, Taka and the sushi bar, Ryan, Marcus, Ej, and the Kitchen, the servers, and Valet guys! I've been lucky to get the same server on a few visits, unfortunately for me i always forget his name but he is amazing and always does a fantastic job! Today I was in with my cousin who has experienced multiple Nobu Locations Globally and today she mentioned the Palo Alto location is probably one of her favorites!

As always the customer service is exceptional from ALL of the employees that we interact with and that adds to the experience and why we keep coming back to Sundance. The other reason is of course the food, (I.e. the prime rib, caprese, wine selection, esp. the 1/2 bottles {though we are sad to see that there aren’t any 1/2 bottle Zinfandel options any more}, crème brûlée, and dessert wine). We will keep coming back to Sundance, but only for special occasions due to price inflation.

Beautiful setting out on the veranda, gorgeous view and sunset while having dinner. Just loved it! And the food was absolutely delicious.

Our server was PHENOMENAL. SO kind and patient and thoughtful and knowledgeable. Just smiled the whole time and did not appear rushed even though the room was packed. Great suggestions, had apparently tried everything on the menu, and really wanted to make sure we got whatever we wanted /needed out of the evening. Was the food the most amazing thing on the planet? No… but it was straight up, solid. Like 4.75/5. Flavorful, cooked exactly as it should, fresh, and balanced. We would 100% go back. Such a great vibe and experience. Thank you for giving us a wonderful evening out! We needed it.
