Monsieur Bertola a également été le chef personnel du général Eisenhower et de Paton. Aujourd’hui, les propriétaires du restaurant perpétuent la même tradition, la même cuisine que celles qui avaient été mises en place par Dr. Ron Luceti à l’ouverture en 1984.
