We accept reservations daily. Join us for a meal or a snack at one of our three bars, a table inside or on the heated patio. Located just north of the town square in downtown Healdsburg, the East Coast and South America meet Wine Country at Willi’s Seafood & Raw Bar. The inviting vibrant decor and an extensive list of small plates combine with the eclectic seasonal cocktail menu and wide-ranging wine list to make visitors feel right at home. Designed for sharing, the menu features items ranging from New England Style “Rolls” and Latin-inspired skewers to ceviches and tartares. The chef’s raw bar features an ever-changing selection of fresh seafood, including at least eight varieties of fresh oysters.

Le restaurant Chalkboard, qui a ouvert en mai 2013 sous la direction du chef exécutif Shane McAnelly, propose un menu moderne de petites assiettes mettant l'accent sur des plats de saison, axés sur la technique. McAnelly se procure ses ingrédients auprès des fermes et producteurs locaux, la plupart provenant du propre potager de plus d'un hectare dédié du restaurant, situé dans le domaine à proximité du Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards. Le menu qui évolue chaque jour comprend notamment des crudos et du tartare, des pâtes faites maison, des salades aux ingrédients fraîchement récoltés, ainsi que de la viande et des fruits de mer rôtis et grillés. La salle à manger a été entièrement rénovée en un espace contemporain et accueillant, pourvu d'une cuisine ouverte, de nouvelles banquettes, de parquet et aux finitions en fer forgé à la main. Le bar a également été remodelé pour créer un environnement animé avec de nouvelles finitions, telles qu'un comptoir de bar en marbre Carrera.
