Best Historic Restaurants in Gold Coast / Streeterville

Incredible experience from beginning to end! The decor is spectacular. Our server John was the best server we’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was so helpful, kind, and a true host of our evening, guiding us in a comfortable and expert way to ensure we had the best experience. He was also so kind to my six year old daughter, making her feel right at home as well. Truly delightful!

Great dinner. The food and wine were sooooooo good and the wine was a great value. We got the artichoke, a zucchini pizza and two pastas. All were unreal. Our server was super attentive and not overbearing. We were originally seated near a door that was drafty and it was a cold night, I said something and we were immediately seated somewhere else that I wasn’t cold. Great service. Great restaurant. Will be back.

Wonderful dining experience. Wife and I shared scallops, pear/walnut salad, sole almandine, profiterole dessert and other great stuff. Our server (Cameron with eye patch?) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to return.

The orecchiette pasta was amazing. Service was awesome, great wine selection, and the Tiramisu for dessert hit the spot. Great place for a date night.

Last minute breakfast on Christmas Day, my expectations were low. However, 909 North truly amazed me. The food was excellent, smoked salmon sandwich best ever. The star of the show was our waiter Mike who was helpful, pleasant and fun. Even the prices were decent for Michigan Avenue
