Diana was quick to ask if it was our first time & once we said it was she talked us around the menu. Telling us that they sell crazy amounts of the “better cheddar”, you get a great amount of flatbread which has a homemade pita chip vibe. We had the crab bisque which was so good my fiancé almost forgot to share any with me! We split the wedge salad, which was so refreshing. He got the short rib and I got the salmon Wellington. We had to get all that bagged up so we could try out some dessert. We got the raspberry crème brûlée, it was so tasty.More infoBack Burner RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Hockessin•4.6

We had read about the good restaurants on the Riverwalk and just decided to try Banks for our first visit. The service was perfect, not rushed but just a nice pace for our meal. The food was amazing. Our waitress suggested the tuna and it was absolutely perfect. We sat in the bar section and were very surprised at how nice and quiet it was. I would like to go back in the warmer months and get a table out in their patio.More infoBanks' Seafood Kitchen & Raw BarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Wilmington•4.6

Wonderful, welcoming but chic ambience, and a great night out overall. The focaccia is a favorite starter, the pappardelle with a rich short rib based sauce is one of the best pasta dishes anywhere, and the cocktails are first rate (the Red Samurai is always amazing). Favorite place to eat in Wilmington, and just about anywhere!More infoLa FiaPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Wilmington•4.9
