- LLottayaLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoGreat experience eating at Food for Friends. Lovely staff and the food was great. I enjoyed my started and dessert the most. The pineapple tart Tatin and the sticky toffee pudding is a must try!More infoFood for FriendsPrice: Moderate• Vegetarian / Vegan• Brighton•4.4
- VvickyjLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoIt was a wonderful evening and the food and service fantastic . The only disappointment came from my 18 yo daughter , her friend and my son who is older were ID checked and because they didn’t have their passports or any ID with them , they were refused wine with their meal and any drinks which slightly changed the celebratory occasion. We don’t normally drink but on a special night out we would not have expected to have this to have been refused. I belive that they should tell diners when booking g that without ID they will be refused alcohol . Never has this ever happened before in my life time of dining out with my family. I am 56 and my husband 66 so it was a shock.More infoThe Ivy Asia, BrightonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Asian• Brighton•4.4
- IIanLondon •9 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 14, 2024Great food, although the chocolate dessert was a little dense, but the main events - steak and the sea bream - were excellent. Good, attentive and friendly service and they prepared our food in advance for us, since we'd told them we were going straight to a show afterwards. Only dropped stars because there was no real atmosphere but that's possibly because we were eating relatively early.More infoThe Copper ClamPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Brighton•4.5
- LLisaBrighton •1 review5.0Dined on Oct 27, 2024We were a group of 5 family members. We opted to share a baked Camembert, followed by a beef roast dinner (Sunday). The whole experience was great: staff, quality of food, presentation, wine, ambience. We all enjoyed a fantastic meal and would definitely recommend.More infoBohemia - BrightonPrice: Moderate• Modern European• Brighton•4.5
- KKennyBrighton •1 review4.0Dined on Sep 19, 2024The food was lovely … we were celebrating my daughter’s degree qualification as a family. It was great- no one else there, nice food and expected prices- no surprise there. The waiter was really cool but was a ‘constant’ talking and engaging with us repeatedly. Could do with knowing when to talk and when to stay distant. Lovely man though - I just felt he wanted to join in all the time?More infoBistro du Vin BrightonPrice: Expensive• French• Brighton•4.1
