Down this atmospheric alley opposite St Bartholomew church, Cloth is taking over a double fronted corner site that’s beneath the former home of poet John Betjeman and next door to the two oldest residential buildings in London. My party was warmly greeted by Alex, he gave us great service throught our visit. Offered us opinions and explanations on dishes we were unsure of. Alex was very accommodating and friendly throughout. We also had great cocktails from Sergio who created drinks to our individual tastes and each cocktail was a hit. We had a great time and we'll definitely be back soon. The food is affordable, tasty and well portioned. There is a meal for all food preferences which makes it so much easier to have group meals here.

The venue and restaurant are very nice, the bar has a good vibe, it's maybe a bit too loud depending what you like. The restaurant is on the top floor and the ambiance is calmer with less noise making it ideal for conversation. The food is great but choices fairly limited with only 4 starters and similar number of mains on offer. Everything we had was tasty and will presented.
