The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Francesco took very good care of us. There were eight of us and half were children and were well accommodated with activities and a very good children’s menu. We all ordered steaks and were very pleased with the quality and execution. My only negative were the chips which were a bit cold and dry.

I love this restaurant. It has all the feel of a simple trattoria down to the black and white photos of Italy and Early 60's romantic background music. Superb authentic dishes (tripe, oxtail) in a n unburdened menu. Great Italian wine list - several available by carafe as well as whole bottle.. Some dishes to die for. Not cheap - but hey it's Knightsbridge.

Absolutely outstanding Steak and ale pie was about as perfect as you can get..the steaks were flavoursome and perfectly cooked The apple toffee pud beautiful Could not recommend this pub/restaurant more Thanks to the good people of the fox and pheasant for a top notch lunch!!
