Beautiful restaurant with a view of the city and a close-up view of the Washington Monument. Even though the bar and restaurant were busy, it was easy to carry on a conversation at the table. The food quality was excellent, and the portions were moderate. The short ribs were tender, and the dish was like a comfortable Sunday dinner just like our waitress described. The Blue Catfish was also excellent. Hannah, our waitress was attentive and easily answered any questions we asked. So overall a great atmosphere, delicious food and a view that can't be beat!

Sotto Sopra is one of my favorite places in Baltimore! The food is expertly prepared and beautifully presented, service is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is lovely. It is a MUST when visiting Charm City!
